How fast can you get to my place?

Most weeks we can offer same-day or next-day pickup, and we book seven days a week. Saturday is the busiest, so book early in the week if you need a weekend slot.

How does your pricing work?

We price by volume — how much room your stuff takes up in the truck. Tiers range from a $150 minimum pickup up to a $695 full load. You get a written, on-site quote before we touch anything, and what we quote is what you pay.

Is there a fee for an estimate?

No. Phone quotes are free, and our on-site written quotes are free with no obligation to book. If we show up and the price isn't what you expected, we leave with no hard feelings.

Do I have to move my junk to the curb?

Nope. We come where the stuff is — basements, attics, second floors, sheds, alleys, backyards. You point, we carry.

Where do you take everything?

Whatever can be donated goes to local Louisville charities. Metal, electronics, and clean lumber get recycled. The rest goes to licensed disposal facilities.

Do you handle hoarder houses?

Yes, and we do it discreetly and without judgment. We start with a quiet on-site walkthrough, then plan the work room-by-room. We can also bring an unmarked truck if discretion matters.

Washington, and Shepherdsville. On the Indiana side: Jeffersonville, New Albany, Clarksville, Sellersburg, Charlestown, Floyds Knobs, Greenville, Georgetown, Corydon, and Henryville.

Can you get into difficult areas like attics, crawl spaces, or basements with tight stairs?

Yes. We carry the gear and the crew sizes to handle pull-down attics, narrow basement stairs, third-floor walk-outs, and tight side yards. We do it every day in Old Louisville, Germantown, Highlands, and similar older neighborhoods.

Do you do demolition?

Yes — sheds, decks, fences, above-ground pools, and light interior tear-outs (kitchens, baths, flooring, drywall). We tear it down and haul every piece in the same visit.

Do you offer dumpster rentals?

We don't rent dumpsters — we're a full-service haul-away crew. For most small-to-medium jobs we're faster and cheaper than a dumpster anyway, and there's no rental period to manage.

Is there anything you won't take?

Accepted Answer

We can't take hazardous waste, wet/unsealed paint, asbestos, medical or biohazard waste, or live ammunition or explosives. Almost everything else is fair game — ask if you're not sure.

Do you bill on terms for commercial accounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Property managers, REO firms, and contractors with standing accounts get Net 15 or Net 30 billing, photo documentation on request, and scheduling priority.

Can you come at night or on weekends for commercial jobs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We routinely book office and retail cleanouts for after-hours and weekend windows so we don't interfere with operations.
